There are three levels of membership: Friend of the Garden, Member, and Box Holder.
Friend of the Garden
To become a "Friend of the garden" you are required to first complete 60 hours of volunteer work with a committee over one season. Upon completion of your 60 hours and nomination by your committee head, you will become eligible to help plant in the community boxes and will be included in the monthly social events for Garden members. To keep your Friend of the Garden status, you must continue to complete a minimum of 20 hours of volunteer hours per year and abide faithfully by all Garden rules. Friends of the Garden may choose to work toward membership immediately after completing the requirements listed above. Alternatively, as long as a Friend of the Garden remains in good standing year to year, they can choose to begin the member eligibility process in a later season.Member

Box Holder
Some members may choose to become “box holders.” Box Holders are members of the Garden who have been granted stewardship over one of the individual planting boxes. Box holders pay an additional annual fee for their box.
